Trio to promote water charity at Glastonbury
Sisters will swap the call centre for the campsite when they head to Glastonbury to help festival goers and charity at the same time.
Sutton and South East Surrey Water customer service workers and sisters Nicola McCormack and Andrea Willmott and their engineer colleague Jez Heath are heading to the festival this week to help the charity Water Aid.
They will be handing out water to thirsty revellers, collecting rubbish for recycling and helping women use 'she pees' with the aim of increasing awareness about WaterAid's work to bring clean water to the third world.
Mr Heath said: "I’m proud and delighted to have been selected to represent WaterAid at Glastonbury.
"Access to safe water and improved sanitation really can transform lives as I’ve seen for myself.
"This will be a great opportunity to get fellow festival-goers thinking about the realities of life without safe water and toilets and to help engage thousands of people in a cause I feel passionately about."
