Investigation: High Down prison
A man has been arrested after an alleged prisoner-on-prisoner sexual assault at High Down Prison.
Surrey Police said it was investigating the attack, which is said to have happened at the Belmont prison on Wednesday, September 30.
The man has been bailed until November 27, a spokesman said.
