CRISP MONICA MYRA Aged 64 passed away on 25th May after a short fight against cancer. She will be greatly missed by family and friends. Funeral at Randalls Park Crematorium, Leatherhead, Surrey on Monday 11th June at 1.15pm. Flowers or donations to the Royal Marsden hospital c/o Lodge Brothers, 78 High Street, Esher, KT10 9QS.
