Expelled Big Brother contestant Alex De-Gale faces a police probe over her gangster gun threats, according to national media reports.
According to the Daily Star, Hertfordshire Police said they would interview the Croydon gymslip mum if they received complaints about her, just as they investigated the racist taunts against Shilpa Shetty in last year's Celebrity Big Brother.
Big Brother bosses have denied their screening process is flawed following Alex's threats to other contestants that she had gang connections.
Head of E4 and Big Brother, Angela Jain said it was difficult to predict how housemates would get on but said "Big Brother constantly monitors housemates and house activity".
But Alex has accused the show's producers of painting her in an unfair light.
She told the newspaper that her threat to order her gangster friends to gun down those who had nominated her was just "teasing" and "clever editing" had made it look worse.
The mum-of-one is in hiding at a hotel after proving to be the most unpopular contestant in the show's history.
