Campaigners will hand it in at the Department for Education on Thursday, July 18, the day the formal consultation ends.
The primary school has been told by the government it must become an academy and the preferred sponsor is charity the Harris Federation.
A spokesperson for Keep Camden Local said: "We are not arguing against academies - our argument is about who the academy sponsor should be and what sort of school Camden should become.
"We believe that Greenshaw offers the ethos and professional support that the school needs, and will maintain its 138 year heritage."
The Harris Federation has already sent letters to parents asking them to choose the uniform.
A spokesperson for the charity said that if it is decided the school will become a Harris Academy the uniform will have been agreed with parents over the summer holidays and they will be able to receive it by the start of term.
Anyone who wants to take part in the consultation form must do so at Camden Junior School by the end of the school day on the Friday, July 19.
