I bought this house 16 years ago and can still remember it like it was yesterday. It felt like home and I could instantly see ourselves here for a long time. The rooms were spacious and I knew the area well so knew it was highly sought after - particularly for schools. I also love gardening so when I saw the size of the garden - that was it - I was hooked. The house has had a great deal of work done to it over the years as you would expect with virtually everything having been done. I had thought about making the pantry downstairs into a downstairs cloakroom so anyone needing this could look into doing this also.
