Houses in this area don't come up often and when they do they rarely hang around. We moved here 7 years ago and for us it was an easy decision. We fell in love with the size of it as well as the location. We both commute so the distance to the stations was a big selling point for us and has made getting into London daily a breeze. The spacious rooms made it easy for us to have friends and family to come and stay and the sociable layout makes it ideal for entertaining too. Since living here we have re-plastered and re-decorated and had the carpets put down. Were we to stay we would have done the bathroom and kitchen but have decided to leave this for the new owners to put their own stamp on.
