The property has been a fantastic investment for me so if you are looking for a buy to let, it has been easy to rent. I believe this is because of the vast amount of space, my tenants have always commented on the spacious proportions.

The location is also perfect for walking into town when you want to leave your car at home. As the property has a lift, it makes life a lot easier when carrying shopping upstairs.
