We bought this house 17 years ago as a family of 7! For this reason, we fell in love with the space it offered us and it was incredibly well located for schools which was very important to us. It was also ideally placed for stations which for two people that commuted daily, was the icing on the cake. The house itself is unrecognisable since then as we have literally changed everything. We have re-wired, re-plastered, had a new kitchen and bathroom as well as fitted a new central heating system and also added the balcony. We also stripped floors, replaced windows and had the decking built. We even had a chimney built so we could have an open fire! It has been the perfect home for our family but they are all grown up now and we no longer need all the space.
