It's the ultimate big screen experience - an enormous screen, a picnic with a backdrop of a stately home.

The Film4 Summer Screen at Somerset House brings some of the best films to thousands of fans. All the regular tickets are now sold out but there is a way to see some great films including The Big Blue, Serpico/Shaft or Die Hard/ Attack the Block double bills, or the tremendous Gremlins/ Troll Hunter/ Tremors triple horror bill.

Tickets for each Friday double-bill and Saturday screening are being made available as part of a special myhotels package. The package includes two tickets to a Friday or Saturday screening, access to the VIP bar before the film begins, accommodation at either myhotel Bloomsbury or myhotel Chelsea, continental buffet breakfast the following morning and a late check-out.

On arrival at the hotel guests will be shown through to the bar to enjoy a cocktail within the surroundings of the bar. The guest services team will tend to your every need, helping you to relax into your exciting weekend ahead. At Somerset House the Edmond J. Safra Fountain Court will be transformed into a full-scale open-air cinema with state-of-the-art giant screen, 35mm projection and surround-sound. The evening commences at 6.30pm when the gates officially open with DJs entertianing the guests.

VIP tickets include the privilege of accessing the exclusive backstage bar. And as the sun falls from the sky the movie begins.
