We are only a day away from finding out whether Croydon businesswoman Bianca Miller has reached her goal of becoming Lord Alan Sugar’s business partner and winning a £250,000 investment deal.

Miss Miller came through the dreaded interview round on The Apprentice and now faces off against digital marketing sales manager Mark Wright.

She is set to launch a hosiery business for different skintones and shapewear for all sizes of women with her website biancamillerlondon.com under construction.

Miss Miller was born in Croydon and went to Beulah Junior School in Thornton Heath before her family moved to Sydenham.

The 25-year-old went to Sydenham High School before heading off to the University of Sussex to study business management and economics.

She founded a personal development business – The Be Group – in Croydon in 2012 and lives in Sydenham with her fiancé Byron Cole.

The head teacher at Sydenham High, Kathryn Pullen, said Miss Miller is an inspiration for the pupils.

She said: "Bianca is a great entrepreneurial role model for our current students and we're delighted to see her continuing to succeed in this tough process.

"Along with academic excellence, we teach girls our own three Rs - resourcefulness, reliability and resilience - and Bianca has shown all these qualities during the competition.

"She deserves to go all the way to the final."

Watch Miss Bianca in The Apprentice final on BBC One at 9pm on Sunday.
