A unique night of live entertainment from a group of artists with learning disabilities is takes place later this month.

Club Soda returns on July 15 for another night of DJ-ing with a twist.

The group produced their first club night at Bad Apple in March.

Appearing alongside the resident DJs will be special guests Eccentronic, who gathered a cult following after their Kraftwerk-inspired homage to the Croydon Tramlink.

As well as the DJ line-up, Club Soda’s resident theatre company, Big White Light, will be presenting extracts from their new performance, Come Dine With Us.

One of the organisers of the event, Oliver Tipper, says: "Club Soda has been championing the talents of learning disabled artists in Croydon since 2009.

"Our new partnership with Bad Apple is brilliant as it makes our events far more open and welcome to everyone than ever before and ultimately gives our artists a more mainstream and professional platform on which to perform."

Catherine O’Rourke, musician and performer, adds: "Club Soda helps me get out there and have fans and stuff. I am really passionate about my music and having loads of fans."
