If you were a fan of 60s group Manfred Mann, there is a treat in store for you this month.

Original band Paul Jones, Mike Hugg and Tom McGuinness will be joined by Rob Townsend, Marcus Cliffe and Simon Currie at Epsom Playhouse, where an exciting new line-up, The Manfreds, will perform.

Having originally come together in 1962, the group reformed in 1991 and have had a number of hits together and as individuals.

Jones will be performing many of the band’s biggest hits including 5-4-3-2-1, Pretty Flamingo and Do Wah Diddy Diddy, along with a mix of solo hits and jazz and rhythm 'n' blues renditions for which they are famous.

Jones, with his award-winning harmonica sound, will be joined by fellow originals Hugg on keyboard and McGuinness on guitar.

And Townsend on drums, Cliffe on bass guitar and Currie on saxophone and flute will round off the group for a nostalgic evening of entertainment.
