Up-and-coming blues star Ben Poole is putting the UK back on the rock-and-roll map.

The 25-year-old has already played the likes of Glastonbury and Rhodes Rock in Greece, as well as a variety of UK venues.

Audiences who catch his live shows are in for a treat, with the musician being described as "the guitarist to watch out for" in Total Guitar.

Poole co-writes with Grammy winning producer Issac Nossel, and preforms with band-mates Alan Taylor on drums and Barry Pethers on bass.

The rising star is set to release his début album in spring, which features seven original Poole songs.

He also covers Otis Redding and Steve Cropper track 'Mr Pitiful' and Anne Peebles 'I'm Gonna Tear Your Playhouse Down' in his unique style.

Ruf Records recording artist Dani Wilde also provides backing vocals, with promises to uplift listeners moods instantly.
