Through Eminem’s music we’ve heard a lot about his childhood, and if you’ve watched 8 Mile you can probably picture a young Em vividly.
The Detroit native, whose record-breaking Marshall Mathers LP turns 16 this year, is now selling bricks from his childhood home, featured on the album’s cover, along with a re-release of the album on cassette.
It’ll set you back a handsome $313 (£214) but a portion of the money goes to the Marshall Mathers foundation, a charity set up to fund organisations working with youth in Michigan and across America.
Other collectibles for sale on Em’s website include a t-shirt, dog tags made from re-purposed wood, or all three for $350 (£239).
If you’re an Eminem fan and the thought of owning a brick from his home has captivated you, it also comes signed with a commemorative plaque, a display case, and a certificate of authenticity. But if only those walls could talk.
