England’s 1966 World Cup triumph will be recreated in Barnes 50 years after Bobby Moore lifted the trophy.

A charity match at Barn Elms Sports Trust will see the famous final between England and West Germany played out by local teams on Saturday, June 18.

The match is part of the Barnes Family Football Festival which runs from 10am to 4pm and includes children’s games, a women’s match, live music, a barbecue, fitness challenges, a bouncy castle and stalls selling cakes and crafts.

Proceeds will go to Trekstock Young Adult Cancer Support, Stuart’s Goal and Barnes Community Association.
