It will be an afternoon of nostalgia at Fairfield Halls next Thursday as the 40s, 50s, 60s and 70s are brought back to life.
Remember When comes to Croydon’s main theatre next Thursday and is hosted by former television heavyweight wrestling star Neil Sands.
A whole host of songs from some of the golden decades of music will be on show, including hits from the likes of Doris Day, Julie Andrews, Bing Crosby and Elvis.
Gemma Turner and Angie Diggens who have both performed on the west end stage, will be singing at the event.
Sands was once known as the Golden Boy of British television wrestling, with many of his bouts taking place at Fairfield Halls.
For the past 17 years Sands has been producing and appearing in various theatre productions aimed at the retired market.
Sands says: "So many older people these days are not comfortable venturing out in the evening to see shows so this is the perfect show for them."
