Martin Clark, the headline star of this year’s Epsom Playhouse pantomime PETER PAN is no stranger to both TV and live theatre. He will be visiting Epsom in advance of his performance next month when he and other cast members join Father Christmas to turn on the Christmas lights in The Ashley Centre this Saturday 23 November at 5pm.

A true working actor, Martin has appeared as the ‘link man’ for many children’s TV shows on several of the most popular satellite channels. He will be known by many children as the face of ‘Tea Time’ TV. Martin has also spent much time as a serious actor touring the UK in such classics as The Lion The Witch and The Wardrobe, A Midsummer Night’s Dream , Little Women and The Railway Children. His work has also taken him to the Middle East, where he starred in the actors favourite Macbeth. For the last few months, anyone who visited Legoland Resort Windsor will have seen Martin, as he starred as Captain Birdsnest in their Pirate Stunt Show. Being no stranger to pantomime he is flying in to Epsom this year as the ‘boy who never grew up’, the mischievous Peter Pan.

“This role has to be the best in any pantomime” Martin said. “I can be cheeky, have fun flying around and be the kids best friend .I can’t wait to get my harness on and fly all around Epsom Playhouse. This truly is a spectacular show and I am really looking forward to spending Christmas in Epsom. Come on Captain Hook, I’m waiting…!”
