'We've Skyfall-en for each other' - Couple to marry in Bond themed wedding
A couple who have skyfall-en head over heels for each other will be getting married above the streets of London in a James Bond-themed wedding with the help of a Wallington pilot.
Mustafa Azim has helped a wedding party hire a Boeing 747, which featured in Casino Royale in 2006, and has been turned into a restaurant for the happy couple and guests on November 6.
The jumbo will also host the after dinner entertainment featuring former X Factor contestants, but not before the wedding itself.
For that, a Jetstream 41 plane will fly from London to the white cliffs of Dover with close friends and family of Abdul Hasan and Layla Khatun on board, flanked by two bond-themed Russian jets, one of which will be flown by Mr Azim.
Then a R44 helicopter, used in GoldenEye in 1995, will be taking the couple on to their honeymoon, but there will be some surprises in store for guests.
Mr Azim said: "James Bond, or a lookalike called Steve, will save the day, as he always does, but the Mrs Khatun gets kidnapped at one point.
"It is going to be a special day for everyone, but my job is to take care of all the aircraft, flight planning, security, logistics of the wedding, and various permits - not quite James Bond I know, but important nonetheless.
"I've helped to get all of the gadgets, like the Auto Gyro which was used in Man with the golden gun, it's not been easy, but I hope it will be worth it for them."
Mr Azim has made his fortune buying and breaking down planes to sell on for parts, as well as turning them into plane crazy creations.
The pilot has helped his planes become resteraunts, a hotel room, and even cars.
