Wallington man Chadrateumar Subramarium allegedly assaulted an 11-year-old on a bus
A Wallington man has been committed to crown court after being charged with assaulting an 11-year-old girl on a bus.
Chadrateumar Subramarium of Clarendon Road appeared at Croydon Magistrates Court on Monday. He did not speak and had instructions relayed to him through a Tamil interpreter.
He was bailed to appear at Croydon Crown Court on Thursday, January 3, on the condition that he does not get on any buses between the hours of 7am and 9am and 3pm and 4.30pm.
