A haul of ceremonial gold jewellery has been stolen in Carshalton.
Items including necklaces, pendants, bracelets, rings and watches were stolen from an address in Wrythe Lane on Saturday, November 17.
A TV, DVD and video equipment were also taken during the burglary which took place between 5.30pm and 10.45pm.
Entry was gained through the rear window of the property, which was unoccupied at the time.
Police are urging the public to be on the lookout for the Asian jewellery which is of great sentimental value to the 39-year-old resident.
The jewellery has been worn at a number of special family occasions.
