An enterprising New Addington teen is moving head-first towards a career in fashion with the launch of his own range of handmade hats.
Adewole Agbaje, 17, of Fairchildes Avenue, designed and produced the girls' 'snapback' caps himself.
And the budding entrepreneur hopes his creations will prove a hit and set him on the path to business success.
Adewole, who launched the hats under the brand name Vybe on Sunday, said: "I noticed that a lot of people make snapback hats for boys but no one really makes them for girls, so that's how I got the idea.
The young designer conducted his own market research, contacted suppliers to buy materials and enlisted the help of his sister to test out his hats.
He has now used funds earned working a summer job to launch his business online.
Adewole said: "I have always wanted to go into business and hopefully this is just the start."
