Father Christmas took some time out of his busy schedule to visit children at the Royal Marsden cancer hospital in Sutton.
On Monday he popped in to the Oak Centre for Children and Young People, which is one of the largest comprehensive children and young people’s cancer centres in Europe.
Caroline Langham, a play specialist at the hospital, said: "He certainly brought a smile to the children’s faces."
