Two ambulance crews were sent to the scene
A man has been taken to hospital suffering a head injury after a fight in the town centre.
Police and London Ambulance were called to High Street, Croydon, at 2.48pm to reports of an assault.
Two ambulance crews were sent to the scene and treated a man in his 30s, who was then taken to hospital.
A second man believed to be involved had fled the scene.
A police spokesman confirmed no arrests have been made and enquiries continue.
