THE new year was extra special for several couples at Salisbury District Hospital as they welcomed new arrivals to their families.
Little Declan Kett was born at 6.30am on New Year’s Day to mother Charlotte Wells, and just 15 minutes later baby Abena was born to Bulford Camp couple Foster and Harriet Osei.
