An Elmbridge street has been named as one of the expensive places to live in the country.
Data produced by Lloyds TSB Bank revealed Leys Road, Oxshott as the second most expensive road outside of London in England and Wales.
The average house price in Leys Road stands at more than £3m in 2012, down from £3.1m in 2011.
Moles Hill, Oxshott, also came near the top of the list, with average property prices topping £2.8m.
Nine other streets across Elmbridge, including roads in Cobham and Hersham, were listed in the top 50 most expensive streets in England and Wales.
The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea topped the list again, with Egerton Crescent revealed as the most expensive street in the country, with the average property value more than £8m.
