Police are renewing their appeal for information about missing 70-year-old diabetic Michael Turner.

Mr Turner, of Highfield Road, Sutton, was reported missing in September by neighbours and his family have not heard from him.

The last time he is known to have collected his medication was in September from Lloyds Pharmacy in Banstead Road.

He was scheduled to have a dentist appointment in the area on January 9.

During August 2012, he was believed to have sold a blue Saab car on behalf of a neighbour but police have no further information.

Sergeant Dave Jarvis, missing person manager at Sutton Police Station, said he was growing increasingly concerned about the welfare of Mr Turner.

He said: "Usual checks by police have been unable to shed any light on Mr Turner’s current whereabouts."

Police are asking Mr Turner to report to any police station.

If anyone has any information about Mr Turner's whereabouts please contact Sutton Police Station on 101.
