A woman who fell in the ice and snow was evacuated by air ambulance yesterday.
The woman in her forties fell over by Park Road, Banstead, shortly after 3pm.
A South East Coast Ambulance spokesman said: “She was breathing but had a reduced level of consciousness.”
The woman was treated at the scene for a head injury and taken to Kings College Hospital in the London borough of Southwark.
Two ambulances and firefighters also attended the scene.
