Racy calendars of semi-naked rugby players are rucking good to break last year's sales record.

Following the success of last year's calendar, the Sutton and Epsom Rugby Football Club ladies team have stripped off once again.

The players are hoping to raise club funds and for charity Walk the Walk (www.walkthewalk.org/Home) in memory of former player Andrea Hinton who suddenly died from Leukaemia in 2009.

So far more than 200 have been sold and this year's organiser Katrina Austen said it could be because it is a but more risqué.

She said: "This one is a little bit ruder and a little bit cheekier than last years. We didn't realise the calendar would be so popular, this is a great way of raising money and it is great way to recruit more players."

"Whether or not you have played before, women's rugby is a great way of getting fit, meeting new people and having fun".

The team have tried to keep cost down by tackling printers and photographer Myak Homberger of Papaya Photography to convince them to help out.

Calendars are £10 and are available to pick up from the club on Rugby Lane, Cheam or The Old Bank pub near Sutton Train Station. For more information on the girls, visit www.suttonandepsomrfcladies.com.
