A pharmacist accused of tricking a vulnerable woman out of more than £5,000 had no case to answer, a judge has ruled.

Jaspal Cheema, 45, was accused of deliberately overcharging a customer to the Imperial Pharmacy in Epsom Road, North Cheam, by more than £5,000 over four years.

Cheema, of Cheyham Road, was put on trial at Croydon Crown Court but, after just three days, the judge ruled he had no case to answer and called an end to the case.
