Work out with cardiac patients at Sutton Arena Leisure Centre
People who have suffered heart attacks are getting a special work out in Sutton Arena Leisure Centre.
As part of the GP referral scheme trainers at the Carshalton centre are helping people with heart problems get back into everyday life with a 12 week programme of activity.
Yve Stainton, GP referral manager, said: "The GP referral scheme at Sutton Arena is a huge success and our cardiac classes are really well attended.
“Our members get both physical and social benefits out of coming to the classes.”
