More than 20 firefighters are battling a blaze in the roof of a house.

Fire crews were called to the house in Romany Gardens in North Cheam at around 3.25pm.

The fire has been brought under control but the roof of the house has been destroyed.

No-one is believed to have been hurt in the blaze but 21 firefighters from Malden, Sutton and Mitcham were on the scene when the fire was at its worst.
