If Wandsworth Council hadn't been flogging off all their housing stock over the last 30 years and not replacing them, they might not have to resort to evicting tenants and making them homeless to rehouse families on the waiting list.
How kind of the Council to offer Leslie Hillsley advice and assistance to find somewhere suitable to live which, of course, he had until he was thrown onto the streets by them.
I suggest Wandsworth Council offer him a suitable flat to live in.
