Steven Hale fined for smashing car windows with hammer

A man has been fined £130 for smashing car windows with a hammer.
Steven Hale, 30, of no fixed abode, smashed the windows of an Audi convertible and a Vauxhall Zafira in Sainsbury’s car park in Wallington on the evening of Monday, December 17, 2012.
Police officers identified him from CCTV footage and he was arrested on Saturday, February 16, after he was found hiding at an address in Willow Walk, Sutton.
He was charged later the same day and today he appeared by video link at Camberwell Green Magistrates Court where he pleaded guilty to two counts of criminal damage to a motor vehicle.

So he was done for exactly the same thing just over 3yrs ago, & this time also he only gets a fine, instead of time inside. Has the Beak involved considered how this reprobate will obtain the money, if he bothers to even pay the fine.
