INGREDIENTS
Turkey Burger
1 x 170g pot Chobani Fat Free Authentic Strained Yoghurt
455g turkey mince (preferably white meat)
½ medium red bell pepper, diced
30g finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
4 tsp dry mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
4g finely chopped fresh thyme
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp canola oil
4 burger buns
Sliced tomatoes, onions and lettuce for serving (optional)
Chobani Horseradish Sauce
2 x 170g pot Chobani Fat Free Authentic Strained Yoghurt
2 tsp prepared horseradish (with juices)
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
½ tsp salt
PREPARATION
Turkey Burger
Step 1
For the burgers, combine turkey, yoghurt, bell pepper, parsley, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties and place on a plate. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour, up to 24 hours.
Step 2
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook burgers until both sides are browned and interior is cooked to your liking, about 8 minutes for medium.
Step 3
Transfer a burger to each bun and top with horseradish sauce. Serve with tomatoes, onions and lettuce.
Chobani Horseradish Sauce
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together in bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
