A chef will be standing alongside celebrity cooks such as Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood at this year’s Cake International Show.
Hannah Collison, who founded Inspired Creations, a baking course in Caterham, will be sharing her expertise on cake making at the ExCel centre on April 12.
Mrs Collison, who is based in Caterham, will be leading the Taste of Sugarcraft, a three day workshop at the Cake International Show after being invited back following her first appearance at the show last year.
She said: "I am delighted to be given this opportunity for a second year and the spotlight with celebrities such as Mary Berry, Paul Hollywood and Mitch Turner.
"Home baking and cake decorating is an exciting trend whether it is for simple pleasure, competition entry or to launch a small business, the basics need to be taught properly."
