A housing association is to hold a home-swapping advice session tomorrow.
Residents will have the chance to find more suitable homes and learn how to avoid the so-called "bedroom tax" at Viridian's Get Moving event.
The event will run from 10.30am to 2.30pm at Peppermint Healthy Living Centre in Franklin Way, Croydon.
There will also be a presentation on how residents can find other people to swap homes with.
The bedroom tax, introduced on April 1 as part of new welfare rules, means social housing tenants will lose up to 25 per cent of their benefits if they have spare rooms.
