Second man charged with Peter Hagan murder
A second man has been charged with the murder of a teenager found stabbed in a stairwell.
Peter Hagan, 16, was attacked in the ground floor stairwell of Albon House in Neville Gill Close, Wandsworth, on February 17.
Jermaal Ferguson, 22, of no fixed abode, was charged today with his murder.
He will appear at Westminster Magistrates Court on April 17.
Romell Martin, 21, of Fairgreen Road, Thornton Heath, was charged in February with his murder.
