Sainsbury’s Crystal Palace have announced their fundraising total for Red Nose Day 2013.
The supermarket raised £12,178 after they carried out a number of fundraising initiatives for the charity.
Highlights included bathing in baked beans, random Harlem Shakes, a London to Brighton bike ride and various raffles.
Sainsbury’s Crystal Palace Store Manager Phil Sturla said: “Many of our colleagues were ready to go one step further this year to mark the 25th anniversary of Red Nose Day.
“It has been a great experience over the last few weeks and we would not have raised this much if it wasn’t for the generous donations from our Crystal Palace customers”.
