Four-some Molesey Junior U13’s glory
Molesey Juniors U13s are on top of the world after winning the Surrey County Cup in emphatic style.
Jamie Begbie (two), Joshua Bowers and George Taylor got the goals that saw off Walton Casuals Sharks 4-1 in the final.
The silverware comes on the club’s 60th anniversary, and development manager Gary Taylor said: “Most of this group joined when they were six years old. They were all superb.”
The winning team: Begbie, Bowers, Taylor, Zac Pendry, Matthew Willett, George Amphlett, Fabio Rossi, Jack Gould, Ben Gill, Cameron Ridger, Ethan Greene, Jack Atherton, Joe Peters, Isaac Ainsworth, John Gilbert and Andrew Thompson.
