Discover Tribes Up-and-coming indie stars Tribes will perform an intimate gig for Kingston’s under-18s before hitting McClusky’s.

The band, who made their Kingston debut in January celebrating the launch of their first album, Baby, return ahead of the release of their second album, Wish to Scream.

A four-piece group from London, the band features Johnny Lloyd on lead vocals and guitar, Jim Cratchley on bass, Dan White on guitar, and Miguel Demelo on drums.

Having joined the likes of Vampire Weekend in performing at the prestigious BBC Maida Vale sessions, the band went on to gain critical acclaim performing at the Reading and Leeds festivals and XFM’s Winter Wonderland.

They were nominated for NME’s best new band in 2012.

They have toured the UK and Europe headlining their own show and supporting the Kooks and Kaiser Chiefs.
