Battersea Bridge
Police are apparently searching for a person in the Thames near Battersea Bridge.
The news arose after the Metropolitan Police Service's Twitter page for their helicopter unit tweeted a message just before 1pm today.
The Met Police press office has yet to confirm details of the incident but several other Twitter users have said they saw a person jump from Battersea Bridge.
One Twitter user, Connor Grieve, said: "Just watched someone jump off Battersea Bridge."
Another, The Prophet Ivey, said: "So.. Someone just tried commit suicide on Battersea Bridge."
