A young driver crashed into a pub this morning after he skidded off the road as he came around a corner.
The man was unhurt after he smashed into the Leg of Mutton and Cauliflower pub in The Street in Ashtead at around 2am.
Fire fighters from Leatherhead attended the scene.
Fire fighter Stuart Puttock said: "We just moved the car from the building and put it to the side of the road. There was no damage to the building, so we just moved (the car) and made sure the scene was safe.
"It rained quite heavily last night and there were a few people that skidded off the road."
