A man had to be cut from his car after he crashed into a lamp post this morning.
Fire crews from Epsom cut the side off the car after all the doors had been pushed out of place - trapping the man inside.
An Epsom fire fighter said: "We were first on the scene so gave the man first aid. The man was trapped inside the car, so fire crews took the side of the car off and removed him to hospital."
Two fire engines attended the incident at 1am today at the roundabout where College Road and Reigate Road meet.
The man was taken to hospital conscious and breathing and is believed to be in a stable condition.
