Charitable golfers raised £11,520 at this year’s Trinity Hospice’s annual Golf Day.
Eight teams enjoyed a day of golf on May 1, while raising money for Trinity’s nurses, who care for more than 2,000 terminally ill Londoners each year.
Guests enjoyed breakfast before teeing off on Burhill Golf Club’s Europro course, followed by a three course gourmet lunch at the clubhouse.
A Trinity Hospice spokesman said: “Trinity would like to congratulate the winning team who were Ridgeway Partners and also thank everyone who attended.
“As Trinity Hospice is a charity that receives less than 30 percent of its funding from the government, it must raise £7m each year in order to continue its vital work.
“Everything raised from the Golf Day will help Trinity to continue to support terminally ill patients and their families, friends and carers.”
