The Secretary of State for Health is still considering a report into financial mismanagement at NHS Croydon, his department has said.
The South-West London Joint Health and Overview Scrutiny Committee's review of a £28m black hole at Croydon Primary Care Trust made a series of recommendations to Jeremy Hunt.
The committee, which concluded there had been a deliberate cover-up of financial misreporting in the trust's 2010/11, urged the health secretary to compel former NHS Croydon chief executive to explain her role.
Caroline Taylor repeatedly refused to give evidence to the committee during its investigation.
A Department for Health spokesman said: "The Department is considering the Joint Health Overview and Scrutiny Committee's report."
