School children and parents picked up sponges to wash more than 50 cars on Saturday.
Epsom Primary School’s Parent Staff Association (PSA) Community Car Wash raised more than £400 to help fund ‘goodie bags’ for students.
Tracey Blandford, marketing, communications and publicity manager at the school, said: “It was a great team effort.”

Mrs Blandford said the PSA hopes to provide each student with a book bag or rucksack and sweatshirt or cardigan to coincide with a change in uniform.
She said: “We are also looking for a popcorn making machine for the summer fair.”

Sarah Carey, chairperson of the PSA, said: "This was a great success which had a brilliant community feel to it from start to finish.
"Families came to get their cars cleaned and then stayed on to help wash others.
"There was a great mix of young and old working together.”
