A tenant has been evicted from a flat following evidence of drug taking and antisocial behaviour.
The man in his 30s was evicted from the flat in Hazelmere Close, Leatherhead, on May 9 after neighbours endured noise and aggressive behaviour.
Residents’ concerns prompted an investigation by police and housing association Moat, which led to the eviction.
Mole Valley Neighbourhood Sergeant John Pearson said: "Local residents have suffered serious nuisance, including noise and aggressive behaviour, and I hope the community will benefit from the eviction of the tenant at this address and can return to a more peaceful environment."
Anyone with information on illegal drug activity or antisocial behaviour should call their Surrey Police Safer Neighbourhood Team on 101.
