The Richmond Park Tavern, run by Jerry Forde, closed in September 2012 after 22 years
A former pub in north Kingston could be bulldozed in order to make way for new homes.
An application to demolish the Richmond Park Tavern in King’s Road and build six four-bedroom, three-storey houses have been submitted to Kingston Council by New Malden-based firm BMK Construction.
Plans include private rear gardens and parking for six cars, and improvements to the public forecourt at the front of the site.
The Richmond Park Tavern closed in September last year.
