An animal centre held an open day to raise vital funds for new enclosures and vets bills.

The Riverside Animal Centre in Beddington Park invited people to come along and meet their residents including Bonnie the badger, Daisy the fox and a hedgehog on Sunday, May 19.

The centre is undergoing a major rebuild of its wildlife enclosures but they need almost £25,000 to complete the work. 

The centre looks after orphaned and injured animals from across Sutton, Merton and Croydon.
